Understanding Your Compliance Score
What the Score Means and How to Improve It
Every product in ClearPort AI gets a compliance score from 0 to 100. Here’s how it works.
How Scoring Works
Your score is the sum of points earned across compliance categories. Each category contributes a portion of the total:
- Product identification (15 pts): Name, description, HTS code, images
- Material declaration (20 pts): Complete material breakdown totaling 100%
- Manufacturing origin (10 pts): Country of manufacture declared
- Testing & certification (25 pts): Lab reports uploaded, certificates referenced
- Regulatory mapping (15 pts): Correct disclaimer or standard identified
- Export readiness (15 pts): PGA message set generated, QR passport created
What Affects Your Score
The biggest point earners are uploading lab reports (up to 25 points) and declaring materials (up to 20 points). Start there for the fastest improvement.
Score Thresholds
- 90–100: Ship-ready. Your product meets all identified requirements.
- 70–89: Almost there. Review flagged items on your product page.
- Below 70: Gaps remain. Use the audit tool to see what’s missing.
