Extract Data from Lab Reports Automatically

The PDF Scanner reads lab reports from testing companies like SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, and TUV, and extracts the compliance data you need.

Step 1 — Upload Your Report

Click Upload PDF and select your lab report. We accept reports up to 20 pages in PDF format.

Step 2 — Review Extracted Data

ClearPort AI will identify the testing lab, report number, test date, standards tested (e.g., CPSIA, ASTM F963, EN 71), and the pass/fail results for each standard.

Step 3 — Attach to Product

Link the extracted data to one of your products. The test results will automatically update your product’s compliance score and fill in the required certificate fields.

Supported Labs

We support reports from all major CPSC-accepted labs including SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, TUV, UL, and Eurofins. If your lab isn’t recognized, email us and we’ll add support.
