Generating QR Passports

Create a Scannable Digital Product Passport

Every product in ClearPort AI can have a QR-coded Digital Product Passport — a scannable link to your product’s compliance data.

Step 1 — Complete Your Product Profile

Make sure your product has at minimum: a name, description, materials declared, and a manufacturing country. The more complete the profile, the better the passport.

Step 2 — Generate the QR Code

From your product page, click QR Passport. ClearPort AI generates a unique QR code that links to your product’s public passport page.

Step 3 — Download & Print

Download the QR code as a PNG image. Print it on your product label, packaging, hang tag, or care label. The QR code is yours to use however you need.

What the Passport Shows

When scanned, the passport displays: product name, material composition, manufacturing origin, compliance certifications, carbon footprint data (if provided), and recyclability information.

The EU requires DPP QR codes on most product categories by 2027. Getting started now means you’re ahead of the deadline.
