Exporting PGA Message Sets

Generate the Files Your Customs Broker Needs

Starting July 8, 2026, all consumer products entering the US must have PGA (Partner Government Agency) Message Sets filed electronically in the CBP ACE system.

What Is a PGA Message Set?

It’s a structured data file that tells Customs which safety standards your product meets, which lab tested it, and which disclaimer codes apply. Your customs broker files this on your behalf.

How to Generate the Export

Send to Your Broker

Download the export file and email it to your customs broker. They’ll use it to file the PGA Message Set in ACE before your shipment arrives at port.
