Connecting Your Shopify Store

Connect Shopify in Under 2 Minutes

ClearPort AI integrates directly with Shopify to import your product catalog.

Step 1 — Go to Connect Page

Navigate to Connect Shopify from your Dashboard or the sidebar menu.

Step 2 — Enter Your Store URL

Enter your Shopify store domain (e.g., mybrand.myshopify.com). Click Connect.

Step 3 — Authorize

You’ll be redirected to Shopify to authorize ClearPort AI. We request read-only access to your products — we never modify your Shopify store.

Step 4 — Import Products

After authorization, we’ll automatically import your products. Each one gets a compliance profile with the name, description, and images from Shopify.

Keeping Things in Sync

When you add new products to Shopify, come back to the Connect page and click Sync Now to pull in any new items. Existing products won’t be duplicated.
